自由基危害是导致机体衰老和发生许多疾病的重要原因,而广泛存在于各种生物体内的超氧化物歧化酶则具有清除超氧自由基O_2~-的作用,因而对机体防止超氧自由基的损伤以及抗衰老、抗炎症、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗免疫性疾病等有一定的意义。本文探讨了西洋参五加口服液对大白鼠红细胞内重要的自由基防御酶—超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响,现将结果报告如下。 材料与方法 1.药物 西洋参五加口服液,陕西中药研究所提供,每支10毫升,含主药:西洋参茎叶皂甙20毫克(相当于生药0.4克),倒卵叶五加水浸膏1克(相当于生药15克)。人常用药量为0.4毫升/千克。 2.动物 SD大白鼠,体重178.7±22.9克,由
Free radical damage is an important cause of organism aging and many diseases, and superoxide dismutase, which is widely present in various organisms, has the function of eliminating superoxide radical O 2 O-, thus preventing superoxide free radicals in the body. The damage and the anti-aging, anti-inflammation, anti-tumor, anti-radiation, anti-immune diseases have a certain significance. This article explored the effect of Panax quinquefolium plus oral liquid on the vitality of free radical defense enzyme, superoxide dismutase (SOD), in red blood cells of rats. The results are reported below. Materials and Methods 1. Drugs American ginseng Wujiao Oral Solution, provided by the Shaanxi Institute of Chinese Medicine, each containing 10 ml, containing the main drug: American ginseng stems and leaves saponins 20 mg (equivalent to 0.4 grams of crude drug), inverted egg 5 water extract 1 g (equivalent to 15 grams of crude drug). The commonly used dose is 0.4 ml/kg. 2. Animals SD rats weighing 178.7±22.9 g.
