物权法起草是目前我国最重要的立法活动,而且物权法草案第四次审议稿正在向社会各届征求意见。很多人反映对物权法很生疏,不像合同法、知识产权法、婚姻法、继承法、公司法等民事法律客易懂。为了使我们的读者对物权法有更多的了解和理解,对物权法的立法目的、立法原则、主要制度、目前的主要争议焦点等有更多的知悉,待将来物权法颁布后能够更好地利用这部法律保护自己的权益,本刊特邀请北京大学法学院教授、博士生导师刘凯湘先生撰写了本文。
The drafting of the Property Law is by far the most important legislative activity in our country, and the fourth draft of the Property Law is being solicited from all walks of life. Many people reflect the real law is very strange, unlike the contract law, intellectual property law, marriage law, law of succession, company law and other civil law easy to understand.
