几年来,攀钢焦化厂运用诊断技术对设备进行状态监测,减少了设备事故,降低了维修费用,取得了较好效果。 1.运用超声波测试技术对550—25—114/152型管式煤气加热炉炉管进行状态监测 管式加热炉是焦化厂的心脏设备,其作用是利用煤气将炉管内的含苯富油加热。由于炉膛温度较高,炉管内壁受含苯富油的冲刷腐蚀,在较为恶劣的工作条件下,如果不能及时发现炉管壁厚减薄而造成炉管穿孔,将引起含苯富油外泄着火爆炸,后果不堪设想。
