近年来我们对11例多囊肾尿毒症病人进行肾脏移植,现其临床资料回顾分析报告如下. 1 临床资料 11例多囊肾肾移植病人,男性8例,女性3例,年龄37-62岁,平均49.5岁.合并多囊肝2例.三次肾移植者1例.肾移植术前双侧多囊肾切除4例,单侧多囊肾切除1例,肾移植术后双侧多囊肾切除1例,存活一年以上7例(63.3%),五年以上3例(27.2%),十年以上1例(9%).术后一年内死亡4例,分别为早期术后肺部感染1例,心衰1例,术后三个月因糖尿病治疗不当导致昏迷,继发肺部感染1例,出院6个月结扎动静脉内瘘继发感染1例.
In recent years, we have 11 cases of polycystic kidney disease in patients with kidney transplantation, and its clinical data are reviewed and analyzed as follows.1 Clinical data 11 cases of polycystic kidney disease patients, 8 males and 3 females, aged 37-62 years , An average of 49.5 years old.Combined polycystic liver disease in 2 cases.Three kidney transplant recipients in 1 case.Prior to renal transplantation in 4 cases of bilateral polycystic kidney disease, unilateral polycystic kidney disease in 1 case, bilateral renal transplantation after polycystic kidney disease 1 case survived, 7 cases survived more than one year (63.3%), 3 cases more than 5 years (27.2%) and 1 case (9%) more than 10 years.All the patients died in one year after operation, 1 case of infection, 1 case of heart failure, coma after three months of improper treatment of diabetes, 1 case of secondary pulmonary infection, and 1 case of secondary infection of arteriovenous fistula 6 months after discharge.
