日前,国家发改委联合四部门公示了具备再制造产品推广试点企业资格10家企业名单及再制造产品型号、推广价格。10家入选“以旧换再”试点企业包括潍柴动力(潍坊)再制造有限公司、陕西法士特汽车传动集团有限责任公司、浙江万里扬变速器股份有限公司等。相关部委不只是在社会认知与行业渗透方面发挥作用,同时也在推进标准化体系的建设。2013年8月,再制造产品“以旧换再”试点实施方案启动。2014年9月开始,五部委先后启动了再制造产品“以旧换再”推
