目的探讨妈咪爱治疗儿童鹅口疮的疗效。方法采用临床对照试验,将58例鹅口疮患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,每组29例。实验组使用妈咪爱治疗,对照组使用制霉菌素治疗。结果实验组治愈率79.31%,对照组治愈率82.76%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.112,P>0.05)。实验组总有效率93.10%,对照组总有效率96.55%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.152,P>0.05)。结论妈咪爱治疗儿童鹅口疮有良好疗效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of mommy love in treating thrush in children. Methods A controlled clinical trial of 58 cases of thrush children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 29 cases in each group. The experimental group used mommy love treatment, the control group used nystatin treatment. Results The cure rate was 79.31% in the experimental group and 82.76% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 0.112, P> 0.05). The total effective rate was 93.10% in the experimental group and 96.55% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 0.152, P> 0.05). Conclusion Mommy love to treat children with thrush has a good effect.
