发扬亲亲、尊尊、贤贤构成的儒学根本精神是中国文化中涵养人类讲关系、论地位、拼本事等天然倾向的优长和克服其劣短的基本方式。儒学与现代管理结合所成的中国式管理的三条基本路径就是组织妥善为关系和面子预留空间,妥善处理组织成员对权力地位的过度关切,妥善释放组织成员各个出众的欲求,并发展出相应的管理理念和方法。中国式管理的成功实践为中国的现代化转型发挥了重要作用,但在与现代实证科学和定量工具相结合及促使管理运用之道普遍化等方面,还需要学术界和实业界的文化自觉和密切结合,并在中华复兴和中国崛起过程中加以实现。
Carrying forward the fundamental Confucianism embodied by kinship, respect and virtuous virtues is the basic way for Chinese culture to maintain its superiority and overcome its inferiority and shortness, such as the relationship among human beings, their status, their abilities and their natural tendency. Confucianism and modern management combined into the Chinese-style management of the three basic path is to properly arrange for the relationship and face to make room for properly handling members of the organization over the power of the excessive concern, and properly release all the outstanding desire of members of the organization, and the development of the corresponding Management ideas and methods. The successful practice of Chinese-style management has played an important role in the transformation of China’s modernization. However, it needs the cultural awareness and closeness of academia and industry in integrating with modern empirical science and quantitative tools and promoting the universalization of management. Combine, and in the process of China’s rejuvenation and the rise of China to be achieved.
