根据CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道结构特性,运用大型有限元软件ANSYS建立合理的有限元梁板模型。通过改变钢轨上部的列车运行速度,研究不同速度下轨道结构垂向性能,主要包括钢轨和轨道板的垂向位移、加速度,轨道板的弯矩,CA砂浆动压应力等随速度变化时的变化趋势。通过计算分析得出速度对轨道结构的影响规律,为CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道结构设计提供一定的参考。
According to the structural characteristics of CRTS Ⅰ slab ballastless track, a reasonable finite element beam slab model is established by using the large finite element software ANSYS. By changing the speed of the train at the upper part of the rail, the vertical behavior of the rail structure at different speeds is studied, including the vertical displacement of the rail and track plate, acceleration, moment of the rail plate, dynamic stress of CA mortar, trend. The influence of velocity on the structure of the track is obtained through calculation and analysis, which provides some references for the design of CRTS Ⅰ slab-type ballastless track structure.
