一、临床资料:患者男性,26岁。二月前无明显诱因出现排尿困难,尿频,尿急,尿痛,间中有血尿;曾才“尿道炎”多方治疗无效而就诊。问诊:几年前曾出现类似症状,经当地乡医治疗症状消失。查体:腹平软,膀胱区轻度隆起,触及质硬无移动性肿物约10cm×9cm。B超检查:膀胱腔内见一10cm×9cm×8cm巨大椭圆形强回声光团,后伴明显声影;膀胱壁明显增厚,毛糙,左侧壁局部呈囊袋状向外突出,囊壁光滑,深约2.6cm,开口约1.7cm;双肾盂均见分离液性暗区,最宽处2.7cm。B超诊断:①巨大膀胱结石并慢性膀胱炎,膀胱憩室;②双肾轻度积水。X
First, the clinical data: Male patients, 26 years old. B-ultrasound: Bladder cavity see a 10cm × 9cm × 8cm great oval hyperechoic light group, accompanied by significant sound and shadow; bladder wall was thickened, rough, the left side of the local pouch outward protruding capsule Wall smooth, deep about 2.6cm, opening about 1.7cm; double renal pelvis were seen separating liquid dark area, the widest point 2.7cm. B-ultrasound: ① huge bladder stones and chronic cystitis, bladder diverticulum; ② mild hydronephrosis. X.
