为了适应我国当下素质教育的大趋势,新课程改革在全国如火如荼地展开了。广西是最晚进入新课改的,为了能又快又好地适应新课程教学,我们对教师进行了一系列的培训,在培训过程中,遇到了很多问题,比如怎样做才能打破旧的教学理念,将新的课程理念贯彻到新课程的课堂教学中等等。虽然有了新教材,但老师还是以前的老师,教学思想还是旧的,所以如何打破以往的教学模式,全面进行新课改,这是摆在我们面前的一项十分艰巨的任务。我们要在前进中摸索,在摸索中前进,结合教学实际,不断创新改革。

We must explore in the course of progress, move forward in groping, and in light of the actual teaching, innovate continuously.
