分别选用ZL-27A与ZL67渗透液对GH4169涡轮盘表面径轴向裂纹进行高灵敏度后乳化型与高灵敏度水洗型荧光渗透检测,超声波预清洗30 min后,渗透液浸渍与滴落60 min。利用体式镜和扫描电镜研究径轴向裂纹的宏观与微观特征。研究结果表明:GH4169高温合金涡轮盘在锻造过程中造成的表面径轴向裂纹,在高温下被表面氧化形成Cr_2O_3为主的复杂氧化物层堵塞开口,使得渗透检测方法对其检出并不十分有效。
The ZL-27A and ZL67 permeate were used respectively to detect the surface axial diameter crack of GH4169 turbine disk after high-sensitivity post-emulsion and high-sensitivity fluorescent-type fluorescent osmosis. After ultrasonic pre-cleaning for 30 min, the permeate infiltrated and dripped for 60 min. Study on Macroscopic and Microscopic Characteristics of Radial Axial Cracks by Using Body Mirror and Scanning Electron Microscope. The results show that the surface cracks of the GH4169 superalloy turbine disk during the forging process are blocked by the complex oxide layer which is mainly oxidized by Cr 2 O 3 at high temperature, which makes the detection of infiltration detection not very adequate effective.
