The Isopague-Ficoll (IF) method cited by Boyum (1968) has now been used as a standard method for the isolation of human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs). It is generally accepted that the different subgroups of lymphocytes lost during IF isolation are randomly distributed, So it does not affect the results of the study. The authors found that, IF method will be lost to form its own knot of lymphocytes (ARFC) .Experiment 8 healthy people taking heparin anticoagulant, with a specific gravity of 1.076IF separation, were collected interface layer and sedimentation cells After the suspension was added, the cells were separated by the specific gravity 1.083IF, and the interface layer and the precipitated cell fractions were collected, and the cell number, Giemsa staining, latex swallow and lymphocyte markers were determined respectively,
