汶川“5.12”特大地震发生后,成都市的都江堰等5个市县遭受了不同程度的破坏,地质灾害是震后对生态系统和社会经济系统造成威胁的方式。易损性区划不仅反映灾区的生态系统,社会经济系统对地质灾害的敏感性,而且可以划分出对灾害最敏感的区域和承灾体,为灾后的重建规划提供依据。采用贡献权重迭加模型对5个市县进行评价,评价指标包括自然资源环境、社会经济和地质灾害。结果表明,高易损度区、中易损度区、低易损度区分别占5个地区总面积的19.3%、22.64%、58.04%,并且根据评价结果,对灾区易损原因进行了分析。
After Wenchuan “5.12 ” earthquake occurred, five cities and counties in Chengdu, including Dujiangyan, suffered different degrees of damage. Geological disasters are a threat to ecosystems and socio-economic systems after the earthquake. Vulnerability zoning not only reflects the susceptibility of ecosystems and socio-economic systems in disaster areas to geological disasters, but also divides the areas most sensitive to disasters and disaster-bearing bodies to provide the basis for post-disaster reconstruction planning. Five models of cities and counties are evaluated by using the superposition model of contribution weight. The evaluation indexes include natural resources environment, socioeconomic and geological disasters. The results show that the areas of high vulnerability, moderate vulnerability and low vulnerability are 19.3%, 22.64% and 58.04% of the total, respectively, and the causes of vulnerability are analyzed based on the evaluation results .
