我厂某车间自1980年1月以来,为提高钢材表面质量,开始用氢氟酸酸洗处理钢材。其成份:氢氟酸约4%,硝酸14%。酸洗温度为0~60℃。在加温与酸洗钢材时厂房空气中含氢氟酸烟雾有强烈的腐触和刺激作用。同年8月间,对该操作现场进行了卫生学调查,现报告如下。 现场卫生学测定 现场空气采样是在生产过程中进行的,当时的温度为33℃,气压为749毫米汞柱。距氢氟酸槽0.5米、高1.5米的呼吸带位置,使用CD—1型大气采样器,外接吸收管采样。用氟试剂一镧盐比色法测定,结果见表1。
