Shell东方石油公司(SEPL)和ABB Lummus及其合资企业日本东洋工程公司签订合同,将在新加坡Pulau Ular新建一套大规模乙烯裂解装置。该装置将与Bukom炼厂集成,从而使SEPL公司在亚太地区更具竞争力。协议内容涉及一套80万t/a乙烯裂解装置的工程、采购服务和建设管理服务,将采用ABB Lummus公司专有的液态原料蒸汽裂解技术,并结合Shell公司的重油裂解技术。具体的工程和采购工作已经开始实施,计划2007年施工,新装置将于2009年第四季度或2010年投产。
Shell Eastern Petroleum (SEPL) and ABB Lummus and its joint venture, Toyo Engineering, Japan, contract to open a new large-scale ethylene pyrolysis unit in Pulau Ular, Singapore. The unit will be integrated with the Bukom refinery, making SEPL more competitive in the Asia Pacific region. The agreement covers the engineering, procurement services and construction management services for a 800,000 t / a ethylene cracker that will utilize ABB Lummus’ proprietary liquid feedstock steam cracking technology combined with Shell’s heavy oil cracking technology. Specific engineering and procurement work has begun to implement the construction of the project in 2007, the new device will be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2009 or in 2010.
