介绍了用传统的堆焊技术与新的激光淬火技术相结合的修复精密齿轮轴的方法.因为堆焊后工件的硬度低(HRC25以下),因此可用普通滚齿机加工齿形,然后采用激光淬火的方法提高齿面硬度(HRC45以上).由于激光热处理的热影响区小、热变形小,因此完全可以满足实际工况对齿轮轴的运动精度要求.实践证明,这是一种经济、方便、可靠的修复精密零部件的可行方法.
The method of repairing the precision gear shaft by using the traditional surfacing technology and the new laser quenching technology is introduced. Because the hardness of the workpiece after welding is low (below HRC25), the tooth profile can be machined with a conventional hobbing machine and then the laser hardness is increased (above HRC 45) by laser quenching. Due to the heat-affected zone of laser heat treatment is small, thermal deformation is small, so fully meet the actual conditions of the gear shaft motion accuracy requirements. Practice has proved that this is an economical, convenient and reliable method of repairing precision components and parts.
