近日将厦门市政、淮交院收入麾下4月10日,江苏省交通科学研究院股份有限公司(简称“苏交科”)发布公告称拟使用超募资金人民币1.6亿元收购厦门市市政工程设计院有限公司(以下简称“厦门市政院”)83.58%股权。此前的3月18日宣布拟非公开发行股份购买陈大庆等33名自然人合计持有的江苏淮安交通勘察设计研究院(简称淮交院)公司100%股权。苏交科2012年1月10日在深交所创业板挂牌上市后,坚持外延并购的发展战略,这是其继收购杭州华龙交通勘察设计有限公司、甘肃科地工程咨询有限公司、江苏三联安全评价咨询有限公司后,进行的新一轮收购
