我单位生产用的铝水混合炉,是一种工业用电阻箱式加热炉,其设计电功率200kw,实测电流300A,实测电功率197.5kW。其加热元件采用的是材质Cr15Ni60,尺寸为Φ6mm×Φ60mm×1450mm螺旋盘圆,穿入开口槽炉砖在炉膛内的顶部布设。接线方式为共48个加热元件分两段双三角接法,每个△形的单相边由八个加热元件串联组成,工作电压为交流380V,如图1所示。炉温采用自动检测控温仪表带动主回路接触器(CJ12—400/3)控制在700~950℃区
The aluminum water mixing furnace used by our unit is an industrial resistance box type heating furnace with a designed power of 200kw, a measured current of 300A and a measured electric power of 197.5kW. The heating element is made of material Cr15Ni60, size Φ6mm × Φ60mm × 1450mm spiral disk, perforated into the open slot furnace tiles arranged in the top of the furnace. Wiring way for a total of 48 heating elements in two double delta connection, each △ -shaped single-phase by the eight heating elements in series, the working voltage of AC 380V, as shown in Figure 1. Furnace temperature with automatic temperature control instrumentation led the main circuit contactor (CJ12-400 / 3) controlled at 700 ~ 950 ℃ area
