10月10日至11月12日,卫生部干部培训中心受卫生部办公厅的委托举办了5期全国地市级卫生局局长培训班,来自全国350余个地市的卫生局长参加了培训。培训内容主要包括卫生事业发展“十一五”规划、公共卫生体系建设、区域卫生规划与属地化管理、农村卫生体系建设与新型农村合作医疗制度建设、社区卫生服务体系建设等。此次培训是卫生部首次以地市一级卫生局领导干部为对象开展的培训,充分体现了卫生部对地市级卫生事业发展的重视和支持。培训受到了全国各地地市级卫生局局长的认可与肯定。本刊记者在培训班上,对部分地市级卫生局局长进行了采访。
From October 10 to November 12, the training center for cadres of the Ministry of Health was commissioned by the General Office of the Ministry of Health to hold five training sessions for Secretary-General of Municipal Health Bureau of China, and attended by more than 350 health chiefs from all over the country. The training mainly includes the development of health undertakings, the 11th Five-Year Plan, the construction of public health system, regional health planning and management, the construction of rural health system and the construction of new rural cooperative medical system and the construction of community health service system. This training is the first training conducted by the Ministry of Health for the leading cadres of municipal health bureau at the municipal level, which fully demonstrates the importance and support provided by the Ministry of Health to the development of municipal health undertakings. Training has been recognized and affirmed by the municipal health bureau chiefs throughout the country.
