采用粉煤灰加气混凝土块作隔热保温层,是当前屋面工程一种较普遍的做法(图1、2)。这种屋面在竣工前后发生漏水,或屋面防水层油毡起鼓,是一项严重的质量通病。加气混凝土块隔热保温层漏水,一般发生在沿纵墙(有时也在横墙)墙面与屋面平顶转角处;屋面板开裂处,沿裂缝滴水;屋面开有洞口处,沿洞口四周渗漏滴水。有人认为隔热层上有防水层,加气混凝土块里的水分全部散发干涸后,漏水即会终止。须知这种渗漏,持续时间很长,污染平顶和墙面,引起防水油毡起鼓,
The use of fly ash aerated concrete blocks for thermal insulation is a relatively common practice in current roofing projects (Figs. 1 and 2). This type of roof leaks before and after completion of work, or the roofing of a roofing felt, is a serious quality problem. Aerated concrete block thermal insulation leakage, generally occurs along the vertical wall (sometimes also in the transverse wall) wall and roof flat top corners; cracks in roof panels, along the cracks dripping water; opening holes in the roof, along the hole around Leakage drips. Some people think that there is a waterproof layer on the heat insulation layer, and the water in the aerated concrete block will be terminated after all the moisture in the block has dried up. It is important to note that this leakage lasts for a long time, contaminates the flat tops and walls, causing the waterproofing felt to form a drum.
