2009年以来,上海石化党政主要领导在多个场合,提出要进一步确立以“守职、守纪、守信”为主要内容的企业核心价值观。负责公司企业文化建设的党委宣传部,在分管领导的指导下,查阅大量资料,组织多次研讨,广泛听取各方意见,撰写了《上海石化企业价值体系研究报告》(以下简称《课题报告》)。报告首次对企业核心价值观及价值体系作了系统的论述。企业核心价值观的提出,是上海石化在企业文化精神层面探索形成的又一重要成果。核心价值观一经提出,便在员工中产生了反响。为了让员工全面了解上海石化企业价值体系及核心价值观的研究过程及形成背景,不断强化对企业价值体系及核心价值观的宣传和引导,统一认识,推动实践,逐步形成并巩固公司全体员工团结奋斗的共同思想基础。为此,笔者撰写论文,系统阐述上海石化企业价值体系及核心价值观研究所涉及的主要内容、历史沿革和实践方式。
Since 2009, on many occasions, the main leaders of the party and government of Shanghai Petrochemical Company have proposed to further establish the core values of the enterprise with “keeping one’s post, keeping discipline and keeping promises” as the main content. Under the guidance of the leaders in charge, the Propaganda Department of the party committee responsible for the construction of corporate culture has consulted a large amount of materials, organized many seminars and extensively listened to the opinions of all parties and wrote the Research Report on the Value System of Shanghai Petrochemical Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Project Report” ). The report for the first time on the company’s core values and value system made a systematic discussion. The proposition of the core values of the enterprise is another important result of the exploration and development of Shanghai Petrochemical Company in the spirit of corporate culture. Once the core values have been raised, there has been a repercussion among employees. In order to let employees fully understand the research process and formation background of Shanghai Petrochemical Enterprise Value System and Core Values, we will continue to strengthen the publicity and guidance of the enterprise value system and core values, unify our understanding and promote practice, and gradually form and consolidate the Company’s staff to work together in unity Common thought foundation. To this end, the author wrote essays systematically elaborating on the main contents, historical evolution and practical methods involved in the research on the value system and core values of Shanghai Petrochemical Corporation.
