十八届三中全会对“美丽中国”作出了战略性规划,大竹县委也鲜明提出了“建设美丽大竹,实现宜居宜游、人气提升”的奋斗目标。通过分析大竹县域经济社会发展和环境保护现状、面临的问题及原因,从强化宣传、提升意识;加大投入、完善保障;健全机制、狠抓落实等方面提出了相关对策和建议。 The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made a strategic plan for “Beautiful China”. The Dazhu County Committee also put forward the goal of “building beautiful Dazhu, realizing a livable, popular promotion”. By analyzing the economic and social development and environmental protection status quo in Dazhu County, the problems and the reasons for the problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening publicity, raising awareness, increasing investment, improving security, perfecting mechanism and implementing it.
