研究了建筑用不锈钢FV520B在35℃恒温条件下,在盐酸腐蚀介质(10wt%)和硫酸腐蚀介质(10wt%)中均匀浸泡腐蚀的耐腐蚀性。结果表明,FV520B钢在相同的腐蚀时间下,在盐酸腐蚀介质比硫酸腐蚀介质中的腐蚀程度更严重;在同等的腐蚀条件下,母材的腐蚀速率要比焊接接头的腐蚀速率大。
Corrosion resistance of stainless steel FV520B for construction was tested by immersion in hydrochloric acid corrosion medium (10wt%) and sulfuric acid corrosion medium (10wt%) under constant temperature of 35 ℃. The results show that the corrosion rate of corrosive medium is more serious than that of sulfuric acid corrosive medium under the same corrosion time. Under the same corrosive conditions, the corrosion rate of base metal is higher than the corrosion rate of welded joints.
