编辑同志: 最近听说两件事。一件是重庆长江活塞厂为某发动机厂提供活塞,自己主动担保,若发动机厂发现一个不合格品,即奖励发现者50元。现已过了好几年,就是没有人能拿到这奖励。另一件是,有一家企业为嘉陵机器厂提供摩托车压铸件,违反工艺规程,在熟铝中加入生铝,造成嘉陵厂加工困难,报废量增大。嘉陵厂提出,若该厂能解决这一质量问题,即给其数万元奖励。可是,那家企业就是拿不到。
