为了缓解国内钢材的供需矛盾,克服钢材在使用中的不合理和浪费现象,国家计委、国家科委、机械委、冶金部、建设委、国家物资总局的有关司局于1987年12月在北京联合召开了全国节约钢材经验交流会议。会议交流了各地方、各部门节约钢材的经验,研究分析了节约钢材的经验,研究分析了节材潜力和途径,探讨了我国的节约方针和政策。国家计委副主任黄毅诚同志作了重要报告。会议结束时,国家计委节能局局长张曾熙同志作了总结发言。
In order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of domestic steel and overcome the unreasonable and wasteful use of steel in use, the relevant departments of the State Planning Commission, the State Science and Technology Commission, the Machinery Commission, the Ministry of Metallurgy, the Construction Commission, and the State Administration of Supply Chain decided in December 1987 Beijing jointly held a national meeting on saving steel experience exchange.
