当今全球最热门的话题之一莫过于“信息高速公路”了。 自从1993年美国克林顿政府提出“全国信息基础设施计划”,即“信息高速公路”计划以来,世界各发达国家纷纷响应。最近一段时期,我国大小报刊将这一信息“炒”得沸沸扬扬。或鼓吹“信息时代已经来临”、或鼓吹“我国有巨大的需求,要求建成一个覆盖全国的高速信息网络”。大有事在必行之势,信息高速公路热正在不断升温。
