稳定是国家的最高利益,是当前压倒一切的中心工作。而企业的稳定是实现社会稳定的基础。近年来,我们结合企业实际,立足企业稳定,促进了两个文明建设的发展。一,结合企业实际,以思想的稳定保证企业的稳定。通过对职工的思想进行调查、分析,我们发现,当前职工普遍对形势问题很关注,特别是对企业的发展十分关心。为此,我们从形势教育入手,达到统一职工的思想,稳定企业的目的。
Stability is the highest interest of the country and the overwhelming central task now. The stability of the enterprise is the basis for achieving social stability. In recent years, based on the actual conditions of our enterprises, we have based ourselves on the stability of the enterprises and promoted the development of the two civilizations. First, with the actual business, the ideological stability to ensure the stability of enterprises. Through the investigation and analysis of the staff’s thinking, we found that the current staff and workers are generally concerned about the situation, especially for the development of the enterprise.
