音乐与人类生活息息相关,紧密联系。奥尔夫教学是现阶段运用最为广泛的三大教学体系之一,对我国当代音乐教育的改革和发展产生了重大影响。百年大计,教育为本,教育大计,教师为本。教师作为教学活动的指导者和组织者,其教学理念、教学态度及其方法直接影响着教学活动的成效。本文主要分析了如何利用奥尔夫教学法培养音乐教育人才。抛砖引玉,旨在为促进我国音乐教育事业的发展进上绵薄之力。
