[目的]总结基本职业卫生服务(BOHS)试点工作开展情况,为全面推广BOHS提供数据。[方法]对深圳市某街道预防保健所BOHS试点项目工作数据进行分析。[结果]项目实施前调查服务企业456家,其中存在职业危害的189家;实施后调查企业1 559家,存在职业危害的523家(重点服务企业65家、一般服务企业458家)。企业监测覆盖率,项目实施前为41.45%,项目实施后为95.32%(P<0.01);检测点合格率,项目实施前为66.08%,项目实施后为96.66%(P<0.01)。化学毒物、噪声、粉尘合格率,项目实施前为88.92%、41.64%、50.00%,项目实施后分别为96.66%、35.77%、90.48%(P<0.01或0.05)。企业职业健康体检率项目实施前为81.64%,项目实施后为94.46%(P<0.01);职业禁忌证检出率,项目实施前为0.01%,项目实施后为0.02%(P<0.01)。有卫生防护设施的企业比例、有个人防护用品的企业的比例,项目实施前分别为62.31%、67.91%,项目实施后为82.36%、81.21%(P<0.01)。[结论]深圳市宝安区某街道BOHS试点工作取得了明显成效。
[Objective] To summarize the implementation of the pilot project of Basic Occupational Health Service (BOHS) and provide data for the promotion of BOHS. [Method] The data of BOHS pilot project in a street health center in Shenzhen were analyzed. [Results] Before the implementation of the project, 456 service enterprises were investigated, of which 189 were occupational hazards; 1 559 enterprises were investigated after implementation, 523 occupational hazards (65 key service enterprises and 458 general service enterprises) were investigated. The coverage of enterprise monitoring was 41.45% before the implementation of the project and 95.32% after the implementation of the project (P <0.01). The passing rate of the testing sites was 66.08% before the implementation of the project and 96.66% after the implementation of the project (P <0.01). The passing rates of chemical poisons, noise and dust were 88.92%, 41.64% and 50.00% respectively before the implementation of the project and were 96.66%, 35.77% and 90.48% respectively (P <0.01 or 0.05) after the implementation of the project. The occupational health examination rate of enterprises before implementation was 81.64%, 94.46% after the implementation of the project (P <0.01). The detection rate of occupational contraindications was 0.01% before the implementation of the project and 0.02% after the implementation of the project (P <0.01). The proportion of enterprises with health protection facilities and those with personal protective equipment were 62.31% and 67.91% respectively before the implementation of the project and 82.36% and 81.21% (81.01%) after the implementation of the project. [Conclusion] The pilot project of BOHS in a street of Bao’an District of Shenzhen has achieved remarkable results.
