节细胞神经瘤是罕见的良性肿瘤,由交感神经纤维组成,好发于成人。多在胸腹部交感神经节发生。发生于肾脏极为罕见。我院收治1例,现报到如下。患儿女,8岁。1983年3月其母无意发现该患儿左上腹有鸡卵大小肿物,表面光滑,无疼痛,不影响食欲和睡眠,未经任何治疗。自1986年2月肿物开始迅速增大,直立时自觉左上腹胀痛。1986年3月12日转来我院。查体:体温35.8℃,脉搏98次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压90/70mmHg。营养欠佳,神志清,慢性病容。心肺正常,左上腹膨隆,并可触及儿头大小之肿物,表面光滑,活动度尚可,无波动感,上界不清,压痛(±)。辅助检查:血、尿常规及肝功能化验均在正常范围;尿素氮3.56mmol/L(10mg％),
Cell neuroma is a rare benign tumor composed of sympathetic fibers, occurs in adults. More in the chest and abdomen sympathetic ganglia occurred.
