经CT 证实诊断的脑出血434例中,60岁以上老年病例(Ⅰ组)170例,59岁以下非老年病例(Ⅱ组)264例.平均发病年龄Ⅰ组66岁,Ⅱ组49.5岁.两组对比,肺炎、脑疝及消化道出血的发生率未见明显差异,两组病死率无明显差异.本组资料证实,60岁以上老年脑出血具有以下特点:(1)病情进展迅速,发病至昏迷时间短.(2)头痛发生率较低,且剧烈头痛者较少.(3)CT 扫描证实,血肿部位老年人以丘脑出血及小脑出血较多,壳核出血较少.
Among the 434 cases with cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed by CT, 170 cases of elderly patients over 60 years old (group Ⅰ) and 264 cases of non-elderly patients under 59 years old (group Ⅱ), the average age of onset was 66 in group Ⅰ and 49.5 in group Ⅱ Group comparison, pneumonia, hernia and gastrointestinal bleeding no significant difference in the incidence of mortality between the two groups no significant difference in this group of data confirmed that 60 years of age with cerebral hemorrhage has the following characteristics: (1) the rapid progression of the disease (2) The incidence of headache was low, and severe headache was less. (3) CT scan confirmed that there were more thalamic hemorrhage and cerebellum hemorrhage in the elderly in the hematoma area, and less in the putamen.
