文本首先从总结我国冲天炉发展与改革的主要经验与教训中,提出严格地进行供风量的测量与按风量控制炉况的重要性和目前生产中使用的风量计存在的主要问题。结合国内外新型风量计的研究与发展,介绍了我国“双笛式”风量计的研究和应用简况,并对其结构特点进行了初步的理论分析。文中着重介绍了在低风压与中风压的冲天炉管道条件下的两次模拟台架试验资料和结论。双笛式风量计在冲天炉条件下使用比“孔板”式和“皮托管”式风量计优越,主要表现在,结构简单,成本低,制造和按装要求低,阻力损失小,而精度和灵敏度高,尤其是对大管径和较复杂的生产管道适应性强,(对直线段管道长度要求短,而流量系数稳定)。它比较适合我国大量中,小型冲天炉的特点,是有发展前途的一种新型风量计。最后提出了下一阶段研究的任务和改进的设想。在附录中为生产试用提供了有关资料。
The text first summarizes the main experiences and lessons learned from the development and reform of the cupola in our country and puts forward the main problems in the strict measurement of the supply air volume and the control of the furnace temperature by the air volume and the current air volume meter used in the production.
