市场经济是商品经济高度发展的产物,是依靠商品持续不断的、频繁的、多方面的并通过货币形式进行交换来实现和不断发展的。商品占有市场所畅销的程度和经济效益是企业所追求的目标。而畅销率的大小和经济效益的好坏关键决定于产品质量。用户在采购产品时,需要供方(企业)提供其所进行的产品检验、试验结果和企业的质量体系是否有效运行的可靠证据,以便确立充分的信心而采购供方的产品。尤其是商品能否去占领国际市场并站稳脚跟,关键更在质量,而且是更广义的质量。
Market economy is the result of a highly developed commodity economy. It is based on the constant, frequent, multifaceted, and exchange of currencies to achieve and develop. The extent to which goods are sold in the market and the economic benefits are the goals pursued by the company. The size of the best-selling rate and the key to the economic benefits are determined by the quality of the product. When a user purchases a product, the supplier (enterprise) is required to provide reliable evidence that the product inspection, test results, and the company’s quality system are operating effectively in order to establish sufficient confidence to purchase the supplier’s product. In particular, whether the goods can take over the international market and gain a firm foothold, the key is quality, but also a more general quality.
