1993年以来,河北省承德市逐步探索出了边小微亏企业产权流动重组的10种形式,受到了社会各界的普遍关注。今年4月下旬,河北省省长叶连松肯定了承德市产权制度改革的做法,把这个市列为省政府产权制度改革试验市。5月下旬,国家体改委派人专程前来考察。6月中旬,河北省在该市召开了全省推动企业产权流动重组现场会。 这10种形式是: ——公司化改造。对优势企业、骨干企业分期分批纳入股份有限公司、有限责任公司、国家独资公司
Since 1993, Chengde City, Hebei Province has gradually explored 10 forms of the flow of small and micro enterprises that have been restructured. This has received widespread attention from all walks of life. In late April of this year, Hebei Provincial Governor Ye Liansong affirmed the practice of the reform of the property rights system in Chengde City and listed the city as a trial city for the reform of the provincial government’s property rights system.
