观察了丁香水提物及醚提物对四种胃溃疡,胆汁分泌,小鼠二种腹泻,二种痛刺激,CCl_4诱发大鼠急性肝损伤sGPT和sGOT的影响,说明丁香的温中散寒、治疗脘腹冷痛之功效与其抗胃溃疡、利胆、止泻和镇痛作用有关。
The effects of aqueous extracts of cloves and ether extracts on gastric ulcer, bile secretion, two kinds of diarrhea in mice, two kinds of pain stimulation, and sGOT and sGOT induced acute liver injury in rats by CCl_4 were observed. The effect of treating abdominal cold pain is related to its anti-gastric ulcer, gallbladder, diarrhea, and analgesic effects.
