本文介绍在芬兰访问和合作研究期间所了解到的海冰预报和服务情况。特别是芬兰冰服务中心的工作,海冰预报在生产中所起的作用以及和生产部门的关系,现在所使用的业务数值预报摸式。着重举例说明业务系统各环节。
This article presents information on sea ice forecasts and services learned during the Finnish visit and collaborative research. In particular the work of Finnish ice service centers, the role played by sea-ice forecasts in production and their relationship with the productive sector, and the operational numerical forecasting modalities now used. Focus on examples of business systems of all aspects.
