With the establishment of a socialist market economy, the development of knowledge and intelligence has increasingly become the key factor that determines the pace of development of the productive forces and the level of economic competitiveness. Therefore, people are increasingly demanding continuous learning to achieve knowledge updating and diversification of knowledge in order to meet the needs of market economy and modernization. For our colleges and universities, all the schools are trying their best to expand the channels for running schools and adjust and increase new ones according to the needs of society
