胃复安常用于治疗各种原因引起的呕吐。应用胃复安后偶有发生神经系统的副作用国内屡有报导。但婴儿使用胃复安引起副作用的报导还不多。我科最近遇到一例婴儿用胃复安过量一例报道如下: 患儿男、5个月,因“陈发性抽搐3小时余”入院。入院前一天出现呕吐,腹泻伴发烧,在门诊初诊为“急性肠炎”,入院前4个小时在门诊肌注胃复安8mg(误量),患儿1小时后突然开始抽搐,
Metoclopramide commonly used in the treatment of vomiting caused by various reasons. Occasionally after the application of metoclopramide nervous system side effects have repeatedly been reported.
