党的十四届四中全会决议指出:“要按照坚持标准、保证质量、改善结构、慎重发展的方针发展党员,不断增加党的新鲜血液。加强在生产、工作第一线发展党员的工作,重视培养和吸收青年和妇女中的优秀分子入党。共青团要进一步做好推荐优秀团员作党的发展对象的工作。”根据这一精神,近几年来,我校注重在青年知识分子和学生中发展党员。自1995年以来我校共发展了党员32名,其中教师9名,学生23名,35岁以下的29名,女教师3名,女学生8名。基本上做到各个科室、教研组都有党员。目
