在解剖一例老年女性(约70岁)尸体的心脏时,发现肺动脉瓣较正常的多一个瓣,共4个.多出的一个瓣膜较小,位于右瓣与左瓣之间,方向靠右后方,其两侧接近游离缘两端处有不规则的小裂孔.对各瓣膜游离缘长度及游离缘两端间空间距离长度进行测量,数据如下:前瓣游离缘长2.4cm其两端间空间距离1.7cm右瓣游离缘长2.6cm,其两端间空间距离2cm左瓣游离缘长3cm其两端间空间距离2cm多出的小瓣游离缘长2.4cm其两端间空间距离0.7cm.
