本文以湖南理工职院贫困生与非贫困生为研究对象,采用问卷法,对167个贫困生和121个非贫困生进行调查,结果表明:(1)贫困大学生心理健康水平低于非贫困大学生;(2)贫困生的友伴冲突明显比非贫困生的多;(3)不管贫困生或非贫困生的友谊质量各维度与心理健康各因子及总分都存在显著相关,尤其是来自朋友的帮助的维度上,这为朋辈心理咨询重要性提供理论依据,这也说明,要培养大学生积极健康心理,就要注重培养每一个学生乐于助人,从而形成良好的社会支持系统,为培养学生积极健康心理提供良好的大环境。
This paper takes Hunan Polytechnic Institute of poor students and non-poor students as the research object, using the questionnaire method to survey 167 poor students and 121 non-poor students. The results show that: (1) Poor students have lower mental health than non-poor students ; (2) The conflict between friends and partners of poor students is obviously more than that of non-poor students; (3) There is a significant correlation between the dimensions of friendship quality and the factors of mental health and the total score, especially for poor students or non-poor students, especially from friends This provides the theoretical basis for the importance of peer counseling, which also shows that to develop a positive and healthy psychology of college students, we must focus on cultivating every student willing to help, so as to form a good social support system for the training of students Positive and healthy psychology provide a good environment.
