目的探讨产科医护人员的职业危害因素并制定预防措施。方法对产科医护人员在工作过程中可能遇到的生物性、化学性、物理性、心理性等危害因素进行分析,制定并实施规范化的防护措施。结果通过增加医护人员主观防护知识,加强对职业危害的预防,减少工伤。有效地防止感染的发生,确保医护人员的身心健康。结论根据产科职业危害因素,制定产科医护人员职业防护措施,可有效地减少医院感染的发生。
Objective To explore the occupational hazards of obstetric medical staff and to develop preventive measures. Methods Analyzes the biological, chemical, physical, psychological and other harmful factors that obstetric medical staff may encounter in the course of their work, and formulates and implements standardized protective measures. Results By increasing the subjective protection of health care workers to strengthen the prevention of occupational hazards and reduce work-related injuries. Effectively prevent the occurrence of infection, to ensure the health of medical staff. Conclusion According to the occupational hazards of obstetrics, making occupational protective measures for obstetric medical staff can effectively reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
