患者男,35岁,因四肢多关节肿痛伴回归性发热8月余,于1984年3月26日入院。患者自1983年7月起觉四肢各大关节肿痛,以下肢为重,伴出汗及肌肉胀痛,热型呈周期回归性。起病后前胸及小腿伸侧皮下反复出现结节样肿块,可自行消退,曾经抗生素与抗风湿治疗,症状不缓解。既往无关节炎、结核及过敏史。体检:体温38.4℃,脉搏92,血压110/68。发育营养中等,表浅淋巴结不肿大,心、肺、肝、脾未见异常,神经系统(-)。前胸见多数散在
Male patient, 35 years old, due to limbs and joint swelling and pain with the return of fever more than August, March 26, 1984 admitted. Since July 1983, the patient developed swelling and pain in all major joints and limbs, with severe lower extremities, sweating and muscle pain. The heat cycle showed cyclical regression.
