结核性脑膜炎(以下简称结脑)是小儿的一种严重疾病。现将我院1983年1月～1984年7月收治的27例报道如下:临床资料27例患儿中,男18例,女9例,1～2岁10例,3～6岁8例,7岁以上9例。四季均有发病,来自农村24例,城市3例。接种过卡介苗1例,有肺结核病密切接触史10例,患儿既往有结核病史1例。全部为初治病例,入院时间较晚,病情均在中期或晚期,11例有意识障碍。
Tuberculous meningitis (hereinafter referred to as brain) is a serious disease in children. Now in our hospital from January 1983 to July 1984 admitted 27 cases are as follows: Clinical data 27 cases of children, 18 males and 9 females, 1 to 2 years old in 10 cases, 3 to 6 years old in 8 cases, 9 years old and above. All four seasons, from rural areas in 24 cases, 3 cases of cities. BCG vaccination in 1 case, a close history of pulmonary tuberculosis in 10 cases, children with past history of tuberculosis in 1 case. All cases of newly diagnosed patients, admission late, the disease was in the mid or late, 11 cases of disturbance of consciousness.
