《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(2010-2020)中指出:教育应树立科学的教育质量观,把促进人的全面发展、适应社会需要作为衡量教育质量的根本标准。随着我国综合国力的提高,高等教育逐步进入大众化阶段。创建世界一流的高等院校,除了坚持正确的教育方针,增加教育投入,改善办学条件,还应不断深入教学改革,提高教学与教育水平。本文针对目前大学学科教育和专业课程讲授中对心理科学认知和应用不足的现象,提出优化教学效果,培养全面人才,应落实以人为本的教育理念,加强心理科学的运用,改善教学方式和方法,以不断提高教学质量和育人效果。
According to the National Plan for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020), education should establish a scientific outlook on the quality of education, and promote the all-round development of people and the social needs as the basic standard for measuring the quality of education. With the improvement of our comprehensive national strength, higher education has gradually entered the stage of popularization. This paper aims at the phenomenon of lacking cognition and application of psychology science in university subject education and professional course teaching at present, puts forward some suggestions to optimize teaching effect and cultivate all-round talents, to implement people-oriented education concept, to strengthen the use of psychology, to improve teaching methods and methods, To continuously improve the quality of teaching and educating people.
