马铃薯甲虫是我国重要外来入侵物种之一和重要检疫性有害生物。为有效防范俄罗斯马铃薯甲虫疫情从中俄边境传入我国,黑龙江、吉林、内蒙古检验检疫局连续11年在中俄边境地区联合开展马铃薯甲虫疫情监测,建立了全方位、立体的查验、监测网络。笔者综合分析了监测工作现状,并根据疫情防控新形势提出了进一步优化完善疫情监控体系的建议。
The potato beetle is one of the most important invasive alien species in our country and an important quarantine pest. In order to effectively prevent the outbreak of Russian potato beetle from entering the border of China and Russia, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Inner Mongolia Inspection and Quarantine Bureau jointly carried out monitoring of potato beetle epidemics in the border areas of China and Russia for 11 consecutive years and established a comprehensive and three-dimensional inspection and monitoring network. The author comprehensively analyzed the status quo of monitoring work and put forward suggestions on how to further optimize and perfect the monitoring system of epidemic situation according to the new situation of prevention and control of epidemic situation.
