省人大代表周卫平等11名代表:电器、电子产品是由金属、塑料、粘合剂和多种化工材料组成的综合性工业产品,其报废后应属于有毒、易燃、易爆和易泄漏危险废物范畴,如不经处理同城市垃圾混在一起直接填理或焚烧,会对环境造成严重污染。另一方面,废旧电器中又含有大量可回收的有色金属、黑色金属、塑料、玻璃以及一些仍有使用价值的零部件等,其回收利用具有广阔前景。
