我们已从顶盖脑组织提取液中分离出30kD分子量的蛋白质,并证明它对新生大鼠视网膜神经节细胞具有维持存活、促进生长的作用,将其命名为视网膜节细胞神经诱向因子(RGNTF)。在此基础上我们又制备了抗RGNTF单克隆抗体和RGNTF抗独特型单克隆抗体。本文用以上两种抗体,对大鼠胚胎视网膜进行免疫组织化学反应,观察RGNTF及其受体在视网膜的分布,为探讨RGNTF对发生中视网膜节细胞的功能意义提供形态学依据。
We have isolated 30 kD molecular weight protein from the top brain tissue extract and have shown that it has the effect of maintaining survival and promoting growth of retinal ganglion cells in neonatal rats. It is named as retinal ganglion neurotrophic factor (RGNTF ). On this basis, we prepared anti-RGNTF monoclonal antibody and RGNTF anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibody. In this paper, the above two antibodies, the rat embryonic retina was immunohistochemically observed RGNTF and its receptor distribution in the retina, in order to explore the role of RGNTF in the occurrence of retinal ganglion cells provide the morphological basis.
