冷超声乳化技术 (ColdPhaco)是在晶状体乳化的过程中不产热或产热少的晶状体乳化技术 ,可以避免对眼组织的热损伤 ,具有良好的应用前景。目前有声波乳化技术 (SonicWaveTechnology)、白星 (WhiteStar)技术、Er:YAG激光乳化系统和Nd :YAG激光乳化系统 4种已用于临床。本文对冷超声乳化技术的特点 ,以及这 4种技术的作用原理、产热性、适应证和安全性进行综述。
Cold phacoemulsification (ColdPhaco) is a phacoemulsification technique that does not generate heat or produces less heat during the process of phacoemulsification, which can avoid thermal damage to the ocular tissue and has good application prospect. At present, four kinds of SonicWaveTechnology, WhiteStar technology, Er: YAG laser system and Nd: YAG laser system have been used in clinic. In this paper, the characteristics of cold phacoemulsification technology, as well as the four kinds of technology principle of action, heat production, indications and safety review.
