On October 3, 2015, COSCO Group “Insein ” successfully completed its re-flight to North Pole and returned to Tianjin Port. On the 4th, China Navigation Academy awarded its “Pioneer of Arctic Shipping” honorary title at the welcoming ceremony of “Insein”, “Re-route North Pole, Two-way Access” jointly held by COSCO and Tianjin. This is the second time that the ship has won the honor of “Special Contribution of China Navigation Association in 2012-2013” after winning the record of the Arctic Northeast Shipping Channel of China’s merchant shipping in 2013. The award is again honored.
